1. Genel Bakış

BIST Scanner ("Uygulama"), Borsa İstanbul (BIST), ABD borsaları ve emtia piyasalarına yönelik teknik analiz ve tarama özellikleri sunan bağımsız bir mobil uygulamadır. Uygulamayı kullanırken gizliliğiniz bizim için önemlidir.

Kısaca: Uygulama, sizden kişisel veri toplamaz, sunucu tarafında saklamaz ve üçüncü taraflara satmaz. Tüm kullanıcı verisi (favoriler, filtre tanımları, ayarlar, trade journal kayıtları) yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır.

2. Topladığımız Veriler

Kişisel veri toplanmaz. Uygulama:

Ad, e-posta, telefon, kimlik bilgisi istemez.
Hesap kaydı gerektirmez.
Konum, kamera, mikrofon, kişiler erişimi istemez.
Reklam tanımlayıcısı (IDFA) okumaz ve takip amacıyla kullanmaz.
Analitik veya kullanım istatistiği için 3. parti SDK kullanmaz.

3. Yerel Olarak Saklanan Veriler

Aşağıdaki veriler yalnızca cihazınızda, iOS'un UserDefaults ve uygulama Documents klasöründe saklanır:

Favori (Watchlist) hisseleri ve seçilen pazar.
Tanımladığınız özel filtreler ve filtre şablonları.
Tarama geçmişi (son 20 tarama).
Bildirim tercihleri ve alarmlar.
Trade Journal (alım/satım kayıtları).
Risk profili (Onboarding quiz sonucu).
Tema, sıralama, market seçimi gibi UI tercihleri.

Bu veriler iCloud'a senkronize edilmez (mevcut sürümde). Uygulamayı silerseniz bu veriler cihazınızdan da silinir.

4. Üçüncü Taraf Veri Kaynakları

Uygulama, finansal verileri göstermek için aşağıdaki halka açık API'lara HTTPS üzerinden istek atar:

Bu hizmetlerin kendi gizlilik politikaları geçerlidir. Uygulama bu hizmetlere kullanıcı kimliğinizi göndermez; istekler anonim HTTPS olarak yapılır.

5. Abonelik ve Satın Almalar (Smart Signals Pro)

Smart Signals, Apple App Store üzerinden auto-renewable subscription (otomatik yenilenen abonelik) sunar:

Ödeme: Tüm ödemeler Apple App Store hesabınız üzerinden tahsil edilir; biz kredi kartı veya banka bilgilerini görmez ve saklamayız.
Yenileme: Abonelik, mevcut dönemin sona ermesinden 24 saat önce otomatik olarak yenilenir.
İptal: İstediğiniz zaman iPhone Ayarlar → Apple ID → Abonelikler üzerinden iptal edebilirsiniz.
Ücretsiz Deneme: Yeni abonelere 7 günlük ücretsiz deneme. Deneme sona ermeden iptal edilirse ücret alınmaz.
Verileriniz: Abonelik durumu cihazınızda yereldir; Apple StoreKit üzerinden doğrulanır. Uygulama hiçbir abonelik verisini sunucuya göndermez.

6. Bildirimler

Uygulama, izin verirseniz aşağıdaki yerel bildirimleri gönderir:

Sabah piyasa brifingi (hafta içi 08:30).
Günlük kapanış özeti (hafta içi 18:00).
Tanımladığınız alarm tetiklenmeleri (RSI, fiyat, bileşik koşul).
Arka plan tarama sonuçları.

Bildirimler cihazınızda üretilir, push sunucusu kullanılmaz.

7. Arka Plan Çalışması

iOS izin verdiğinde uygulama, sabah saatlerinde arka planda otomatik tarama yapar (BGTaskScheduler). Bu sırada yalnızca yukarıdaki halka açık API'lara HTTPS istekleri yapılır.

8. Çocuklara Yönelik İçerik

Uygulama 17 yaş ve üzeri kullanıcılar için tasarlanmıştır. 17 yaş altı kullanıcıların verilerini bilerek toplamayız.

9. KVKK ve GDPR

Kişisel veri işlemediğimiz için KVKK (6698 sayılı Kanun) ve GDPR kapsamında "veri sorumlusu" sıfatı doğmaz. Yine de:

Cihazınızdaki verileri uygulamayı silerek istediğiniz an silebilirsiniz.
Sorularınız için aşağıdaki e-posta adresinden bize ulaşabilirsiniz.

10. Yasal Uyarı (Yatırım Tavsiyesi Değildir)

BIST Scanner eğitim ve teknik analiz aracıdır. Uygulamada sunulan tarama sonuçları, sinyaller, backtest verileri ve göstergeler yatırım tavsiyesi niteliği taşımaz. Veriler 15+ dakika gecikmeli olabilir (ücretsiz API kaynakları). Yatırım kararlarınızdan yalnızca siz sorumlusunuz. Geçmiş performans, gelecek getiriyi garanti etmez.

11. Politika Değişiklikleri

Bu politikayı güncellediğimizde "Yürürlük tarihi" güncellenir. Önemli değişiklikleri uygulama içi bildirim ile duyururuz.

1. Overview

BIST Scanner ("the App") is an independent mobile application providing technical analysis and screener features for Borsa Istanbul (BIST), US stock markets, and commodities. Your privacy matters to us.

In short: The App does not collect personal data, does not store anything on a server, and does not sell data to third parties. All user data (favorites, filter definitions, settings, trade journal entries) is stored only on your device.

2. Data We Collect

No personal data is collected. The App:

Does not ask for name, email, phone, or any identity information.
Does not require account registration.
Does not request location, camera, microphone, or contacts access.
Does not read the advertising identifier (IDFA) or use it for tracking.
Does not use third-party SDKs for analytics or usage tracking.

3. Data Stored Locally

The following data is stored only on your device in iOS UserDefaults and the app's Documents directory:

Favorite (Watchlist) stocks and selected market.
Custom filters and filter templates you define.
Scan history (last 20 scans).
Notification preferences and alerts.
Trade Journal (entry/exit records).
Risk profile (Onboarding quiz result).
UI preferences like theme, sort order, market selection.

This data is not synchronized to iCloud (in the current version). If you delete the App, the data is removed from your device as well.

4. Third-Party Data Sources

The App makes HTTPS requests to the following publicly available APIs to display financial data:

Each service has its own privacy policy. The App does not transmit your identity to these services; requests are anonymous HTTPS calls.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases (Smart Signals Pro)

Smart Signals offers an auto-renewable subscription via the Apple App Store:

Payment: All payments are processed by your Apple App Store account; we do not see or store credit-card or bank details.
Renewal: The subscription auto-renews 24 hours before the current period ends.
Cancellation: You can cancel anytime via iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Free Trial: New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. If cancelled before the trial ends, no charge is made.
Your data: Subscription state is stored locally on your device and verified via Apple StoreKit. The app does not transmit any subscription data to a server.

6. Notifications

If you grant permission, the App delivers the following local notifications:

Morning market briefing (weekdays at 08:30).
Daily closing summary (weekdays at 18:00).
Custom alert triggers (RSI, price, composite conditions).
Background scan results.

Notifications are generated on your device without a push server.

7. Background Activity

When iOS permits, the App may run a background scan in the morning (BGTaskScheduler). During this, only the publicly available APIs listed above are queried over HTTPS.

8. Children

The App is intended for users 17 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect data from users under 17.

9. GDPR and KVKK

Because we do not process personal data, the App does not act as a "data controller" under GDPR or Turkey's KVKK (Law No. 6698). Nonetheless:

You can delete all on-device data at any time by uninstalling the App.

10. Disclaimer (Not Investment Advice)

BIST Scanner is an educational and technical analysis tool. Scan results, signals, backtest data, and indicators presented in the App do not constitute investment advice. Data may be delayed by 15+ minutes (free API sources). You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Past performance does not guarantee future returns.

11. Policy Changes

When we update this policy, the "Effective date" above is updated. Material changes will be announced via in-app notification.
